The H2O.Church mission is to lead people to become fully devoted followers of Christ. H2O.Church focuses around five core ministry areas: the weekend experience, Life Groups, kids’ ministry, student ministry, college ministry, and missions. H2O.Church connects people with the church to hear the gospel and grow their relationship with God. H2O.Church connects people with service opportunities related to their giftings and connects people with LifeGroups where they can learn to live life to the fullest with others.
I. Grow campus attendance
• Create and implement a strategy that draws individuals and families into the church.
• Create the presence of H2O.Church in the community.
• Leading and administering the staff to develop leaders and volunteers.
II. Oversee all ministry and administrative functions of the church
• Provide oversight that is consistent with the purpose and vision of H2O.Church.
• Directly supervise pastoral staff, oversee staff development, and ensure appropriate stewardship of resources.
• Oversee the development and direction of H2O.Church core ministry areas: the weekend experience, LifeGroups, H2OKids ministry, H2O Student ministry, college ministry, and missions.
• Ensure all paid staff and volunteer teams receive necessary support and supervision.
• Works with the Operations Pastor and the H2O Church Executive Board to oversee all administrative, financial, and accounting functions (ex. Annual budgets, payroll, financial reports, and audits).
• Ensure financial integrity in all church operations (ex. maintaining financial prudence, accountability, and internal controls within parameters established by the Board).
• Attends all general Board meetings, keeping the Board updated on important matters.
III. Pastoral Responsibilities
• Responsible for preaching 4-6 weekends annually.
• Ensures theologically sound and relevant Biblical teaching is provided in small, medium, and large group settings. Previous preaching and teaching experiences are preferred.
• Oversee the performance of all pastoral care responsibilities (ex., Weddings, funerals, baptisms, child dedications, home visits, hospital visits, and pastoral counseling).

V. Education
• Bachelor’s degree is required with graduate level seminary training and/or management experience strongly preferred.
